Easiest Cheesecake Ever (an idea for Halloween?)


4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 cup cream (prefferably thick)

optional; a TBSP of Chocolate syrup or a TBSP of Caramel

One small Graham Cracker pie crust.

Cut up the Cream Cheese into small cubes or lumps.
combine the Cream Cheese, White Sugar, Lemon Juice, and cream in a blender, making sure to pour the cream in the bottom. Blend repeatedly until the mixture is smooth, and aerated. Pour into shell. Refrigerate overnight. You can add any topping you would like, from Chocolate shavings to Fruit to Caramel sauce.
